What You'll Do
— Creating exceptional client experiences from first contact through checkout
— Managing appointment scheduling and client communications
— Coordinating client requests and directing inquiries appropriately
— Processing payments, retainers, and transactions accurately
— Supporting retail sales — aftercare products, apparel, and merchandise
— Assisting artists with day-to-day operational needs
— Maintaining studio cleanliness and health department standards
— Capturing behind-the-scenes content for studio marketing
